Bak Kut Teh

Bak Kut teh

We are really spoilt for choices when it comes to food in singapore. Other than having brunch, kaya toast or dim sum with the family or friends, there are also many people who enjoy having Bak Kut Teh (A must-try Singapore Food) on a weekend morning. The soup is so delicious and the meat is so tender. The rice is also good, you do not need to ask for more bowl of rice because 1 bowl is big enough.

You can also try other Bak Kut Teh delicious, soupy and savory such as hong ji claypot Bak Kut Teh from ieatishootipost or ng ah sio Bak Kut Teh from ladyironchef

Prawn Noodle

                                                              Prawn Mee (Soup)

When you feel that you need to eat something really hot, soupy, savory and yummy, a nice bowl of prawn noodle soup will definitely satisfy that craving like nothing else can! Hidden in the Joo Chiat area, off the main, is a hidden treasure for prawn noodles. Noodle is located in a corner coffer shop at the junction of Carpmael and Crane Road. The Makansutra certificate was hung up at the pillar beside the prawn noodle stall. The Prawns was not cut into half like the Beach Road prawn noodles but I am glad that they removed the shell at the body of the prawn. This made it easier for us to eat the prawn meat than when the prawn are split into halves. Last but not least the soup here was super delicious and sweet
There is also Jumbo Prawn noodle which is call Blanco Court Prawn noodle from ieatishootipost or Penang Prawn Noodle from food buzz
